Currently, I have been facing 3 main problems accompanied by my bad habits of not taking good care fo myself. Hence, suffer the consequences.
1.) Headaches
This happened last night when my head was spinning. I was enjoying the salsa latin social night at En Motion, but felt that I wasn't feeling very well. So i headed out of the studio to have some quiet time. Plus, my good friend is leaving to India and my mood was not very good. But anyways, this morning when i turned up for work, I chose to skip Panadol and headed for Axe Brand Universal Oil.
The main cause of this problem is definitely lack of sleep. Yes, I am determined to sleep early from today onwards.
2.) Break outs.
Recently, i have been getting break outs ( means pimples). Partly it is due to the symptoms of periods, and also lack of sleep(too tired) and being not hydrated enough
I did maintain my cleansing of skin well.
And I booked a schedule for facial recommended by my mum.
3.) Tired Easily
Well, i have no excuses for this but i have been sleeping late almost every night! or dawn!
So this is the solution which i have came up.
1. Try to sleep at 11pm as much as possible.
2. Drink more water
3. Love myself more.
4. Relax.
Anyway, take good care of yourself! Beauty takes effort!
