Lost 2 kg in 3 days.

Hey there People!
After my posting that i have lost 2 kg just in 3 days, loads of my friends were asking me how did i actually do that. Hence, i have decided to share with you guys some simple ways to lose those fats, but maintain your body shape healthily.
1.) BREAKFAST
I believe that eating a full breakfast is super important due to the lack of nutrients after you have woke up. Nope, a cup of coffee is not enough. No worries about the calories which you are going to take, but of course there is a limit. After you have woke up, your body will be urging to absorb all the nutritions from the food. Hence, Eat more during breakfast. In addition, you dont have to eat that much during lunch time.

Note: Try wheat/oat meal. Very healthy choice for bread/Pasta.


2.) Drink WATER!

Yes, Water is very very important. Your body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.

It may be difficult to drink enough water on a busy day. Be sure you have water handy at all times by keeping a bottle for water with you when you are working, traveling, or exercising. If you get bored with plain water like me, add a bit of lemon or lime for a touch of flavor. There are some brands of flavored water available, but watch for extra calories.

3.) Orange Juicy!

We all know that orange contains vitamin C. And i prefer to be freshly squeezed rather than packages as they might have contain sugar/flavorings.

Before meals, you can also have an apple first so that you will not consume too much. Likewise, if you prefer to drink, drink some juice to fill you up first!


4.) STRETCHi did stretching both day and night time because this can be able to activate the body wont feel stiff after working or waking up. After stretching, yoru body will be more flexible and just in case you did some harsh work, it can prevent you from hurting yourself even if you dont even know it. With stretching, you can be able to do so many things and hence, more active lifestyle = fitter body.

5.) Crunches

This is a must-do before i go to bed. Normally i did about 30-40 times per night.
This can be able to tone up my stomach area and you can be able to sleep really well because you should be super shag after the crunches. And when you wake up the next morning, you will be hungry, and thats why you need the BREAKFAST again.


Additional: I took up Muay Thai and Salsa Class to aid in my disipline to exercise more. Join some of this activity and become actitve in your lifestyle.
Better you get to eat what you love, and still tone up your body while losing fats.
