Obviously, more events, salsa and make up! oh, and studies too!.
p.s Thankful to my boyfriend who has always constantly motivate me to move on with confidence. ( i admire his high tolerance).

This is a gift from my first salsa coach, Victor Chia. Thank you for the gift and i knew that i need Body Shop products to relax. I first took up salsa about 5 months ago at Kovan Community Centre and was quite nervous as it had been about years since i started dancing again. With my boyfriend's encouragement, i decided to take up Salsa; it is very enjoying and sexy! Victor is a very patient trainer;despite he is very strict on styling and details, the experience of dancing salsa is so postive that i have joined my university salsa club; SIM ENSOUL. Right now, i am still taking lessons with him because Victor is so supportive and willing to push me further. Thank you again and I am looking forward to the Salsa Class next week!

Time has passed so fast and September is coming. I will be 21 soon.
So glad to realise that love is such a beautiful thing to experience. Not for a while, but my whole life time.Had my brunch at the esplanade cafe. I love the chicken fillet sandwich with cranberry! love the flavour!
I believe that eating a full breakfast is super important due to the lack of nutrients after you have woke up. Nope, a cup of coffee is not enough. No worries about the calories which you are going to take, but of course there is a limit. After you have woke up, your body will be urging to absorb all the nutritions from the food. Hence, Eat more during breakfast. In addition, you dont have to eat that much during lunch time.
Yes, Water is very very important. Your body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.
We all know that orange contains vitamin C. And i prefer to be freshly squeezed rather than packages as they might have contain sugar/flavorings.
Before meals, you can also have an apple first so that you will not consume too much. Likewise, if you prefer to drink, drink some juice to fill you up first!
i did stretching both day and night time because this can be able to activate the body wont feel stiff after working or waking up. After stretching, yoru body will be more flexible and just in case you did some harsh work, it can prevent you from hurting yourself even if you dont even know it. With stretching, you can be able to do so many things and hence, more active lifestyle = fitter body.
This is a must-do before i go to bed. Normally i did about 30-40 times per night.
