Crash.

I have been feeding myself with loads of junk food and i know that i have been dragging this diet plan because i am simply lazy.
So, i decided to get my lazy bum up to do some training.
My Plan will take about 1 month. And i am really looking forward to make a change.

p.s Research says that woman rising from 23 years old and above will have difficulty losing weight.
So..Get your lazy bums up soon!

Shall update more on my plan.
