Health is the most important issue in our lives regardless whether we are rich or poor. We have been trying our best to take precaution and prevent the high chances of having poor health and many lifestyle diseases. Poor health like Cancers, heart diseases, stroke, hypertension and diabetes do not appear overnight. They developed gradually. Hence, choice of our food oday can make a great difference in our heath tomorrow.

Our human immune system is our best weapon against disease. However, it requires proper raw materials and supportive environment to function optimally. Our diet and lifestyle can strengthen or weaken our immune system. Unleash the self-healing potential present in everyone of us with a healthy vegetarian.
Being a health vegetarian can Promote:
- Good health and longevity
- Vitality for the yong and old
- an improved immune system
- weight control( great for the ladies)
- clarity of mind
- peaceful temperament.
The lady which promoted to us mentioned that this is a non-profit organization plus the action is also part of helping the environment. I was quite curious about how vegetarian can be able to help the environment.
It is totally normal for human to take in meat due to high proteins. However, the fact is that our body do not even need to take in meat. Carnivorous eat meat because it is natural for them to taste blood. Even vegetables can have protein. It is a better choice because not only meat has saturated fat, high cholesterol is also included. Fish has high cholesterol. We can be able to have proteins from vegetables like yam, potatoes,etc. The fact is that a nicely cooked meat includes fresh herbs and vegetables. Imagine eating a plain boiled meat.YUCKS. of course it is going to taste terrible. In conclusion, vegetables and fruits are naturally made for our body because it can be easily digested and good for our immune system.
SO how is the environment-thingy related?
Meat - comes from animals. ( cows, sheep)
Where do they graze - on large piece of grassland.
I have learn that one of the causes of deforestation is due to reproducing more meat. Hence, the trees have been cut off to get a flat piece of grassland. Due to over grazing, the top soil is being damaged due to the amount of chemical which is sprayed to grow more grassland. No top soil = the land will become a desert, which nothing can be grown with that kind of soil. Hence, it is left alone. This will cause a lack of plantation which cannot be able to provide a fresh environment. With this kind of scenario increasing, global warming has become worsen. Meat production is grossly wasteful of our Earth's Resources.
These are some part of information i am going to share. The lady handled me a vcd and i have watched it. This is the one of the best knowledge i have gained.
