Dance; Expression Thru Passion.

My dancing shoes is jumping to joy; I am dancing again! I was so amazed by the latin dancesport dancers because of thier moves and precise elegant techniques, I decided to sign up for latin dancesport. When studying in SIM, only attended two cha cha lessons due to my transfer of course to Kaplan instead. Now, i have decided to stay commited to dancesport.

 

Furthermore, I am also saving up money to go to Taiwan to meet up with my best friend, Zack, who is pursuing his dance career. It has been a few years time since i have promise to go visit and train with him. It's time to set it as my goal.

To all the dance lovers, lets get inspired and show support for the upcoming event, Unión De Ritmos!

 

 

This is not just a simple dance performance! This dance production is presented with a mixture of salsa, hiphop, lyrical jazz, contemp, and my favourite, latin rumba, etc. The performers are from SIM Salsa Soul who are commited to put in thier sweat and blood for this past half a year to bring dance to a whole new level.

Happy Happy Super Duper Happy Birthday to my Baby Sister. This picture was taken when we were at Universal Studio Singapore. Wait, how old is she again? Time passed so fast and I'll be 22 this year in about 24 hours. Cheers to the librans! We bought Adidas sport shoes for her as she love to exercise and she has been using my old sport shoes.

Tomorrow, the whole family will be hanging out for dim sum. Baby sister is so thoughtful as she would like to have the family members to enjoy lunch together. After dim sum, sisters and i will be heading off to ice-skate. Actually, quite worried because i seriously don't skate. In the evening time, Jason and Sharon will be watching Johnny English with us at Yishun.

Time for my beauty sleep. Shall post more about my sister's celebration and mine sooon! Stay beautiful!

Bring me Up up up!

This is the first collaboration with Raymond Lau and effort never go to waste. Studio was booked for about 3 hours and I'm really impressed with the way he work through portrait visuals.

Moment was caught and I am honoured to be working with him.

For the shoot with Aylwin, i am using High-Definition make up + eyeslashes from MAKE UP FOR EVER. I am indeed impressed with the instant result of the make up.

This collaboration is with a Upfront Model, Marisa Ong. We used to do a runway together at Zouk like 2 years ago! She is still looking more beautiful!

HD make up enable the skin to look natural with complexion evens out.

Glamour From the Inside

Collaboration with Leng Keong( Bend1ck) has been a great experience and i am looking forward to work with him and other talented artist too!

For this shoot, i get to blend with light brown and black. This shows emphasis on her eyes and she can be able to portray a strong look.

I haven't been able to have the courage to play with colors in the past. However, after working in Make Up Forever( MUFE), and one of the requirements is to put more colors on my eyes during work, i finally be able to blend with different colors and create a different effect. Everyday at work, i will make an effort to plan what kind of look i want to portray and try it on myself. The feedback from my colleagues and customers has encouraged me to explore.

So stay tune for more of my make up portfolio. Loads of colors will be splashing on the eyes. :)

Thoughts

This is the 2nd collaboration with Lyn.
She is such an amazing photographer with great visual and creativity.
The model, Shai has a very unique feature and her hair is very volumized.

Make Up start at about 9am at starbucks.
The look is more sophisticated. So her eyes are more emphasised with the dark colors and her lip color is pinkish-nude.

Really love the overall result. Kudos to Lyn, Shai and other crew members too!
